Chemberliya (2,205 m), also called Borin, is the first 2,000 m summit on the watershed ridge between the Maritsa and Ibar rivers in Eastern Rila. It lies about 1.9 km southwest of Chuchulyatitsa peak and about 5 km north of the village of Raduil.
South along the ridge are Musli chal (Yasnik, 2,555 m) and Malak Ibar; to the west is Shatar peak. The area is well away from the busy Musala routes and sees few visitors. It lies within the lands of Raduil, in Samokov municipality.

Late spring through early autumn (May–September) is best for Chemberliya, when trails are clear of snow and weather is most stable. Higher peaks may hold snow into June and see fresh snow as early as October. Winter visits are for experienced mountaineers with proper gear.

Hiking boots, layered clothing, water (1.5–2 L per person), sun protection, and a windproof jacket — mountain weather changes quickly. For longer routes also bring a map (paper or offline), a head torch, and emergency rations. Tell someone your planned route and expected return time.
