Privacy Policy

Overview

Mestala does not require an account, does not sell or trade visitor data, and does not use tracking cookies. This page explains what is collected, by whom, and what your rights are.

What is and isn't collected

Mestala uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand site traffic and performance. Both are cookieless: they generate a daily-rotating hash from your IP address and user-agent string, and store no persistent identifiers. Aggregated data points include page paths, country, device type, browser, and Core Web Vitals timings. Mestala does not collect names, email addresses, raw IP addresses, browsing history outside Mestala, or advertising identifiers.

Third-party processors

Vercel Inc. (United States) processes analytics and hosting data on Mestala's behalf as a sub-processor. See Vercel's privacy policy at https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy for details. No other third parties receive visitor data.

Cookies

Mestala does not set any cookies. The site embeds OpenStreetMap tiles for the map view; tile servers may log IP addresses to deliver the tiles, governed by the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.

Your rights

Under GDPR (and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data Mestala holds about you. Because Mestala does not store personal data tied to identifiable individuals, most such requests will result in a confirmation that no data is held. To exercise these rights, contact mestala.support@gmail.com.
