Malka Ambaritsa (2,143 m) is a peak on the main ridge of the Troyan mountain, about 0.6 km north-east of Levski peak (Ambaritsa, 2,166 m).
The peak lies on the Stara Planina crest, which carries the watershed between northern and southern Bulgaria and the boundary between the Karlovo and Troyan municipalities. Neighbouring Levski is a double summit with a gentle, grassy crest; the Cherni Osam river rises on its western side.
The name comes from the old name of Levski, Ambaritsa, linked to the legend that the granaries of Krali Marko stood here. Until 1942 Levski itself was called Ambaritsa. Levski is climbed in about 1 hour from Dobrila hut and about 2 hours from Ambaritsa hut; the Dobrila hut – Botev peak waymarks cross it. In December 1994, 12 hikers from Kardzhali died near Levski, caught out by severe winter weather.
