The cave was accidentally discovered in 1961 by local speleologists who entered at 9:00 AM and emerged late in the evening, completely captivated by its untouched beauty. Although it spans a modest length of 145 meters, Snezhanka packs an astonishing density of stalactites, stalagmites, column formations, and crystal pools.
