Manyakov kamak (1,439 m) is the highest peak of the Bilo mountain, a section of the Western Balkan between Botevgrad and Etropole. The summit is on the boundary between Botevgrad and Etropole municipalities.
It stands about 2 km northeast of hut Rudinata, which is closed. Bilo is about 22 km long from west to east and about 5 km wide. To the west the Bebresh valley separates it from Murgash, and to the east the Malki Iskar valley from the Lisets ridge. At hut Rudinata the mountain joins the Etropole mountain.
Bilo's slopes are mostly beech forest and its crest is pasture. The nearest settlements are Boykovets and Pravets.
