Konarevo
Konarevo (2,459 m) is a peak on the Polezhan side ridge of Northern Pirin. North of Kaymakchal the ridge is called Konarevsko, and Konarevo is the last distinct summit of the Polezhan section. Some literature gives its height as 2,533 m.
Where it is
It sits at the northern end of the side ridge that leaves the main Pirin ridge at Momin dvor and runs over Dzhangal, Polezhan, Strazhite and Kaymakchal. That makes Konarevo the quiet, lower end of one of the most alpine parts of Pirin.
Access
We found no reliably described route to the summit itself. The area to its south, around Kaymakchal, lies in the Yulen reserve and has no marked paths.
