Arbanasi Cave (Bulgarian caving federation register no. 2417) lies in a well-defined sinkhole on the Arbanasi plateau, about 200 m east of the road between the villages of Arbanasi and Sheremetya. It is a ponor-type cave: it drains the rainwater of the surrounding ground.
The cave is active and technically hard. About 1,000–1,200 m of it has been explored so far.
