Lazuren Bryag ("Azure Coast") is an eco-path above Sveti Vlas, in the easternmost foothills of the Balkan range, Nesebar municipality. Despite its name it does not follow the shore; it runs through the forest above the resort. It is one of the three paths of the Sveti Vlas eco-network, together with "Majestic Balkan" and "Millennial History". The three add up to about 19 km.
The path passes the Muflonite and Podkovata areas and the Kanelski Burun spring, runs through a planted pine forest and ends at a pumping station.
The eco-network has fountains with spring water, gazebos and shelters. The municipality maintains the paths all year.
The path is easy and suits families with children. It is a good alternative to the beach on a cooler day or early in the morning. In summer the forest is cooler than the resort, but carry water. You can combine it with one of the other two network paths for a longer walk.
