Karadzhov Kamak near Gorno Bryastovo is a rock sanctuary and ancient settlement in the Eastern Rhodopes, about 2.6 km west of the village, in Mineralni Bani municipality. Not to be confused with the better-known Karadzhov Kamak near Mostovo in the Western Rhodopes.
The site lies on a low rocky ridge, at about 550 m above sea level. At its northern end is a rock with traces of cutting, probably a sacred place for the people of the settlement. Remains of the settlement itself can be seen along the crest of the ridge. The site covers about half a decare.
The site is described by the archaeologist Ya. Manolova in her study "Ancient people on the hills and hillforts of the North-Eastern Rhodopes" (2010). She records it as a cult site, rock sanctuary and settlement, and dates it tentatively to the Late Iron Age. We found no more detailed research.
The available sources describe no route to the site, waymarking or parking. The nearest larger settlement is Mineralni Bani, about 5 km to the east.
