The Popangelova House is a National Revival house in Tryavna, a little away from the town’s central ensemble. Since October 2023 it has housed the museum of the Tryavna School of Architecture.
The new exhibition "Building" presents documents and tools of the builder’s trade and models of buildings by Tryavna masters.
A new building next to the museum houses the Museum Education Centre.
The house was built towards the end of the 18th century. Tryavna’s builders, together with its woodcarvers and icon painters, made the town one of the centres of the Bulgarian National Revival.
