Kamenev rid (1,373 m) is a peak in the Western Rhodopes, in the lands of the village of Kochan, Satovcha municipality: the southern part of Dabrash, in the historical region of Chech. It is one of the higher rounded summits around the Kochan valley.
About 800 m to the east is Marashova chuka (1,414 m), the highest point of the Kochan lands, and about 1.1 km north is Belyovitsa. The Redovna niva and Sovatya hunting lodges are nearby, and there is an ancient settlement at the Redovna niva locality.
Birch woods mixed with hornbeam, oak and hazel grow above Kochan. We found no waymarked route to the summit in the sources.

Late spring through early autumn (May–September) is best for Kamenev rid, when trails are clear of snow and weather is most stable. Higher peaks may hold snow into June and see fresh snow as early as October. Winter visits are for experienced mountaineers with proper gear.
