Malka Todorka (2,712 m) is one of the three summit points of Todorin Vrah in Northern Pirin, above Bansko. Todorin Vrah itself (Todorka, 2,746 m) is a massive granite peak, the highest on the Todorin side ridge and the 11th highest in Pirin. Hikers often call its three summit points Golyama, Sredna and Malka Todorka. From the main summit the ridge runs south-west to a 2,706 m point and then turns south-east to the 2,712 m point, Malka Todorka.
Most people start from Vihren hut (1,950 m); it takes about 3 hours. Follow the path towards Demyanitsa hut, and after Zhabeshko lake a steep climb begins towards Malka Todorka. From there the ridge leads on to Sredna and Golyama Todorka. The climb is steep and runs over rocks.
In the cirque east of Todorka lie the two Todorini lakes, also called Todorini Ochi (Todorka's Eyes). The path from Vihren hut to Demyanitsa hut passes them. Todorka's northern slopes above Bansko carry ski runs.
