Malka Syutkya
Malka Syutkya (2,078 m), also written Malka Syutka, is a peak in the Western Rhodopes. Between 1942 and 1946 it was called Malak Voden.
Where it is
At its southern foot lies the Kazarmite area, a wide saddle where the Suysuza river starts to the east and the Ribna reka to the west. About 2 km to the east is Suha Syutkya (1,957 m), and about 3.7 km southwest is Sreben vrah (1,900 m).
Climate
This is one of the coldest parts of the Western Rhodopes: temperatures are lower, precipitation is heavy, winds are strong, and the snow cover is deep and lasts long.
