Ashiklarski peak (2,536 m) is in the Otovitsa section of Northwest Rila, at the western end of the Seymenski (Otovishki) ridge, west of Seymenski kamak (2,666 m). Lists of Bulgarian peaks over 2,000 m give it under its newer name, Ptichi vrah.

Where it is

The ridge's northern slopes drop steeply to the Otovitsa valley; the southern ones, gentler and grassy, run down to the Dupnishka Bistritsa valley. About a kilometre northeast of the summit runs the route between huts Otovitsa and Ivan Vazov, and further east are Kabul peak and the Seven Rila Lakes.
